10/2015-03/2016 The project aimed to create a public space, improve the reader's relation with the book, improve communication and increase book lending capacity. Services provided were a feasibility study, preliminary and final design and the detailed design of a construction project for the rehabilitation and expansion of the National Library of Albania.
