09/2015-09/2018 The Project objective was to enhance operational efficiency and participatory governance on irrigation system management sector by conducting training activities on its staff. The training included the following topics: a. Financial revenue & expenditure management and accounting, b.Irrigation system operation and maintenance, c.Flood Protection Works operation and maintenance, d.Pumping stations operation and maintenance, e. Legal issues in irrigation, f. Management and administration of the entire training process and provision of semi annual reports g.Water distribution management and recording, h.Participatory training techniques.
