11/1998-05/1999 The Project objective was to assist in developing of a Database for the registration of the Public Administration Employee in Albania. The services included were Current Situation Analysis, overall Design of the System, Technical Design of the System, preparation of the Technical Specifications and assistance to the procurement of HW & SW.
