07/2000-07/2001 The Project objective, undertaken by Planet, was the re-design of business procedures of Global Petroleum Albania, specifically General and Detailed Accounting, Costing, Customers-Sales, Procurement and Logistics. The project’s deliverables included business process mapping, job descriptions development, organizational charts and Information Technology Infrastructure Requirements, aiming to improve customer service, operational costs and become more competitive.
