07/2005- 06/2007 The Project aimed to assist SMEs of South Eastern Europe to participate actively in EU-funded research in the field of Information Society Technologies (IST), strengthening the scientific and technological cooperation among EU member states, Associated Candidate Counties and Western Balkan countries. The services among others, included a technical study for capacities and needs of SMEs, training on opportunities offered by the EU FP6, support on SMEs by shaping a competitive technological offer and facilitation of the development of networks between SMEs in order to exchange ideas and pursue joint research collaboration.
