11/2012-12/2015 The Project objective was the Assessment of Environmental & Social Impact due to the operation of the Milot - Morine Highway section in Albania, through an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) study for the Highway. In the provided Environmental and Social Action Plan mitigating costs were defined along with monitoring and institutional measures which should be taken by the contractor in relation to construction and operation & maintenance activities throughout the concession period.
