12/2013-10/2015 The Project objective was the expert, organizational and administrative support of Special Managing Authority during the elaboration of the Territorial Cooperation Programme “Greece - Albania 2014-2020”. The undertaken actions were: a. Support to the Joint Task Force at meetings, in consultation processes, and during the overall design process of the Joint Program, b. Drafting of the Plan Structure and contents of the Operational Programme, c. Support on the formulation of the strategy, the objectives and the priorities, the development of indicators and the SWOT analysis, d. Compose of recommendations for the administrative structure.
