03/2015-11/2018 The Project objective was the improvement of transport conditions around Vlora, a major touristic city, and in the wider coastal area, directly related to commerce and tourism. The services provided in supervising the constructions were based on FIDIC's "Condition of Contract for Constructions for Building and Engineering Works designed by the Employer" standards and included the following: a.Contract administration and establishment of procedures, b.Review and approval of working drawings, c.Proposal of possible modifications to the detailed design, d.Day-to-day supervision of construction works and progress monitoring report, e. Financial resources monitoring and reporting, f.Quality control and performance tests, g.Intermediate and final inspections.
