03/2015-04/2015 The Project Objective was to support the design of the Cooperation Programme “Greece - Albania 2014 – 2020”, through the research and documentation of base conditions, regarding the awareness on energy efficiency issues of the citizens and public authorities. Specifically, the services provided were Initial Report, Research and Methodology Report, Questionnaire design, sample identification, execution of the Research, indexing and analysis of results in order to calculate the rates of base indicators.
