06/2011-06/2016 The Project involved the provision of Technical Assistance (TA) during the preparation of a 30-year Concession Agreement for the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the 114 km long highway between the towns of Milot and Morine, funded by the World Bank in Albania. The services included the preparation of technical due diligence, geotechnical survey, assessment of Environmental & Social (E&S) issues and contribution to the tender documentation regarding technical aspects, in terms of a Concession agreement for the O&M of the highway for a 30-year period.
