07/2009-01/2013 The project assisted the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) of Kosovo in upgrading its institutional capacity through the completion of the secondary legislation and compliance with acquis communautaire as required by the Energy Community Treaty (EnCT), the provision of amendments to technical/operational codes; the provision of Guidelines for further unbundling of the Kosovo Power Corporation (KEK) in line with the Energy Strategy of Kosovo on sector restructuring, support implementation of licence monitoring and consumer protection procedures, Review and support implementation of Quality Management Procedures (QMS)
