The aim of the project was to ensure the CBK’s long term sustainability with competent staff . Provided services included measurement of investment on return (trainings, studies), provision of guidelines of the salary grade and assignment of job positions in appropriate grades (according to duties and responsibilities), as well as provision of guidelines and instructions for recruitment and Selection process
