The Project objective, undertaken by Planet, was the re-design of business procedures of Global Petroleum Albania, specifically General and Detailed Accounting, Costing, Customers-Sales, Procurement and Logistics. The project’s deliverables included business process mapping, job descriptions development, organizational charts and Information Technology Infrastructure Requirements, aiming to improve customer service, operational costs and become more competitive.

01/1999-03/1999
The Project objective was to provide technical support and IT Consulting Services to the Government of Albania for implementing the Information System to the Judiciary Sector (Ministry of Justice, the Court of Cassation, the Prosecutor General’s Office and District Courts in the country) in order to improve its efficiency. To achieve quality results, the services were current Situation Analysis, overall and Technical Design of the System and preparation of the Technical Specifications.

11/1998-05/1999
The Project objective was to assist in developing of a Database for the registration of the Public Administration Employee in Albania. The services included were Current Situation Analysis, overall Design of the System, Technical Design of the System, preparation of the Technical Specifications and assistance to the procurement of HW & SW.
