Evaluation of the design and implementation of the Operational Programme, in order to provide documented answers on the overall performance. Indicative services were evaluation of the project selection process, performance evaluation of the Operational Programme, assessment of the various stakeholders and estimation of Crossborder added value and evaluation of publicity actions.
