Development of a public services data model and standardisation of application forms used by citizens and businesses.

The Project objective was to reform the public service concept under the “Innovation against Corruption” Program by contributing to the modernization of the public service delivery, simplifying integrating procedures and unifying the service delivery in one single centre (the Public Service Mall). The services provided were standardization of the application forms used by citizens and businesses, codification of the application forms, implementation of the forms following the newly developed standard model and development of the government public services catalogue.
