The Project objective was to assist the Albanian State Police IT Department to prepare technical specification for establishment of a mobile radio network, aiming at the extension of the national digital radio communications system (based on TETRA standards) over the national territory. The services included analysis of the current implementation system, conceptual design and estimation of quantities and preparation of Technical Specification along with the cost estimate and the market analysis.
