The overall objective of the project was to support the improvement of the public financial management system by providing support in procurement policy-making and preparation of policies and guidelines for the public procurement officers and providing assistance in the implementation of managerial and organisational upgrade. The Project objective was to assist the Albanian State Police IT Department to prepare technical specification for establishment of a mobile radio network, aiming at the extension of the national digital radio communications system (based on TETRA standards) over the national territory. The services included analysis of the current implementation system, conceptual design and estimation of quantities and preparation of Technical Specification along with the cost estimate and the market analysis.

Services provided were a feasibility study, preliminary and final design and the detailed design of a construction project for the rehabilitation and expansion of the National Library of Albania.

The Project objective was to assist in preparing the Technical Specifications for the procurement contract under IPA 2014 Action Programme “European Union Integration Facility”, which aimed to improve the transparency and accessibility with a new audio-visual system for plenary sessions and meetings of the committees. The services provided were audio visual system in the premises of 8 parliamentary commissions, the Parliamentary Bureau and the meeting’s hall.

The Project Objective was to support the design of the Cooperation Programme “Greece – Albania 2014 – 2020”, through the research and documentation of base conditions, regarding the awareness on energy efficiency issues of the citizens and public authorities. Specifically, the services provided were Initial Report, Research and Methodology Report, Questionnaire design, sample identification, execution of the Research, indexing and analysis of results in order to calculate the rates of base indicators.

The Project objective was to reform the public service concept under the “Innovation against Corruption” Program by contributing to the modernization of the public service delivery, simplifying integrating procedures and unifying the service delivery in one single centre (the Public Service Mall). The services provided were standardization of the application forms used by citizens and businesses, codification of the application forms, implementation of the forms following the newly developed standard model and development of the government public services catalogue.

The Project objective was to prepare a detailed design needed for the construction works of the road that link Fier by-pass with the Archaeological Park of Apollonia -an important culture heritage site of Albania- in order to become easily reached by visitors and tourists.
